• Contact details you choose to send us (name, email, message).
• Technical usage data (truncated or anonymised IP, device type, pages viewed) if cookies or analytics are in use.
• Information created when you click an affiliate link, which is then handled by the third-party provider.

• Answering enquiries sent by email — steps prior to a contract and/or legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR).
• Running and improving the Website — legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
• Meeting legal duties — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR).
• Non-essential cookies or marketing — consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and PECR).

We keep personal data only for as long as the relevant purpose requires, then delete or restrict it in line with applicable retention rules.

Hosting, email and, if introduced, analytics providers may process data for us. If you follow an affiliate link, the course or product provider processes your data under its own privacy notice.

The controller is established in the United Kingdom. Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or other appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, where required.

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent — by writing to contact@fitdba.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookie and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential tools run only after consent.

The Website is not aimed at anyone under 16.
